The username of the employees will contain nine-digit number.
Starts with 0 and followed by a four digit letter will be the company name and last four digit will be employee name or id.

The password is case sensitive so kindly check the credentials are correct when login in.
There might be a situation when the account is locked, the only way to regain access is by using the email address. This only a case after five unsuccessful login attempts, then the estub account will be locked temporarily on www.my-estub.com.
