In this modern era, the payroll system of any company is now updated to paperless to protect the environment and cut the cost. Paperless pay corporation (PPC) had created a unique employee portal to instantly check their payments.

Apart from viewing the paystub payments, employees can also get access to their benefits, discounts, w2 forms, tax filing, and many more. But these options are valid only at the official portal if requested by the company.

Effective payroll management is suitable for any company. Most of the commonly known businesses are currently using paperless pay for faster payment.

Thus, the companies effectively use the paperless pay application to help the employees to receive instant notification about their payments.

How to Login My Estub:

The log in process for accessing my pay stub with paperless-pay is very simple.

Follow the below steps carefully & sign in to the employee payment portal.

  • Employees had to visit the official website of MyEstub employee log in –
  • Wait for a few minutes to load the page. Once the page is loaded, You will find 2 options:
    • Employee Portal
    • Administrator Access and a Privacy policy.
  • Employee Portal option will be found at the top menu.
  • Administrator Access will be found at the bottom menu.
  • Now clicking on any of the above options will give a dropdown menu where you can enter the credentials on the paystub portal sign in page.
  • If you want to access the employee portal, click on it.
  • Enter the username and password. And continue the Login.
  • If you had entered wrongly, then you will not be able to access the portal and can’t check paychecks online.


Here are some main important things to be cautious of when you access the company’s official website.

The username of the employees will contain a nine-digit number.

Starts with 0 and is followed by a four-digit letter will be the company name and the last four digits will be the employee name or id.


The password includes CFVH or the last 4 digits of your SSN.

Features and options which are available on the website vary based on the company and the employee’s work experience. The common features are listed below:

Paperless Paycheck:

View, manage & print paystubs as PDFs from the myestub account.

Payslip Payment History:

Get historical data about the estub payment listings over a period of time. like 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and so on.

W2 Forms:

These forms are available online. If employees want payslips with the w2 form, then they can enable this under the settings.

Enable Text Notification:

  • Get Paycheck notifications instantly on the mobile through SMS.
  • Company updates and notifications are sent directly to their email address.

Initial Setup of account:

During the initial setup, employees had to give their preferred username and password to complete the instruction. There are a few criteria for username and password.

The username should be unique.

Myestub password should be at least 8 characters in length and should contain at least one numeric, one alphabet, and one symbol combination in the password.

Employees will receive a temporary username and password from the payroll manager. Kindly use the username and password to initiate the first-time login.

Sign in to MyEstub Portal

Visit the official employee paperless payment listing portal, and click on the menu “Employee Access”.

A drop-down log in option will appear, enter the temporary username and password in the respective field and click on the “Login” button.

Change Password

Once after successful sign in, employees are advised to change the default password and continue the initial step process.

Enter the current default password, and new password, and re-enter the new password.

The recommended password should be 6-20 characters in length containing at least 1 alphabet, 1 number, and 1 special character. 

Click on the “Next” button to proceed.

Set Security Questions

This is an additional security feature to identify the account in case of resetting the password. Employees had to select the TWO security questions from the listed option and enter the answer for the question respectively. An additional security feature to secure the account.

Also, it is not required to provide an email address. But it might be very useful when they use the “Recovery password” feature. Click on the “Next” button to continue.

Enable Delivery Options

Turn on the email delivery option – by selecting the Email option & enter the primary email and secondary email address in the respective boxes.

Below that, employees need to select any one option to receive a password-protected PDF send directly to email or just receive a notification about the pay stub available on the portal.

Default Online W2 User Option

On the same screen, employees can enable the option to receive w2 Online.

By default, the option – YES will be selected; so employees don’t need to change anything.

Now, click on the “Next” button on the bottom to continue.

Text message Notification

For additional conveniences, we recommend employees check the necessary things to receive important notifications directly through the SMS on mobile.

Select the cellular provider, Enter the cellular number carefully and click on the “Send Test TEXT Message”. Once the mobile is verified, click on the “Next” button to continue.


Complete the Initial Setup

Once all the necessary information is filled and validated, and the setting preferences are enabled and set to the preferred choice of the user account.

Finally, employees will get to set the password and details verification process and click on the “Finish” button to complete the myestub initial setup.

How to View Payment Listing (Trans ID)

After the initial setup is over, employees will be logged in to the dashboard. From the dashboard, employees can access payment listing under the Top Menu.

Click on the “Payment Listing” option, which will allow the employee to access the list of payments with complete details like Transaction ID, Payroll for, Payment Date, and Amount.

To pick any particular pay advice, just click on the “Trans ID” of any payment.

Now the detailed paystub details will be displayed on a popup window, so we advise you to allow a popup for the official website. Change pop-up blocker settings for any browser.

Kindly enable it under the Tools & Pop-up blocker settings for the internet explorer. 

How to Unlock my-estub account:

Usually, the account creation is completed by the company representative, and the credentials are shared with each employee through their registered email.

After the details are shared, employees had to complete the initial setup process on the website. To complete the initial setup, employees have to confirm the email address with the company and on the portal as well. Confirmation is required to receive a notification.

The password is case sensitive so kindly check the credentials are correct when sign in.

There might be a situation when the account is locked, the only way to regain access is by using the registered email address. This only a case after five unsuccessful login attempts, then the myestub account will be locked temporarily.

To unlock, employees might have to reset the password with their email address or can contact company support to resolve the issue. Follow the steps carefully, to unlock with email.

Follow the below steps to unlock the account:

  • Open the official website.
  • Access the login page from the official site.
  • Click on the recover password at the bottom of the screen.
  • Enter the username or id and email address to continue.

If the user id and associated email associated are correct, then employees will get reset instructions on the email. Do check the registered email address for any official reset emails.

  • Click on the link which was shared on the email address. Continue to set up the password.
  • Type the new password carefully, and reenter it below to confirm the new password.
  • After verifying, click on the “Reset Password” to change the password.

If employees don’t have access to their email addresses, then they might need to contact customer service for additional help or contact the payroll manager.

Even if there is any trouble accessing the portal, do contact the support center.
